The prime motive of Padana-Badana Sangh (PBS) movement is to generate & develop reading habits among rural community to make system or policies so that villagers can regularly study in library. States the role & responsibilities ofSocial Animator in PBS. In the field of library development the Sarva Shiksha Abihiyan has done a wonderful jub with the help of Padha Badhana Sangh, Because each Padhna Badhna Sangh runs a library in rural ares of M. P. & now more than 47,000 such rural libraries in the state are establsihed to make the people   aware. In the end some suggestions are given
